The concept
Investors read a deck in minutes, so every slide had to make one point and hand over to the next: the problem, the product that answers it, the market, the money, then the ask.
How it ran
- 01
Order the argument first
Problem, solution, product, plan, business model, market, go-to-market, financials, competition, team, roadmap. The structure was settled before any slide was drawn.
- 02
Make the numbers readable at a glance
Market size, pricing, traction and the funding split each became a single chart or figure an investor can take in without reading the notes.
- 03
Show the product, not a promise
Real screens of the workbook in Czech and Polish carry the product slide, so the MVP reads as something that already exists.
Scope
- Storyline from problem to ask
- Slide design on the start-up's brand
- Charts, market and pricing views
- Product mock-ups and illustrations
Delivered
- 14-slide investor deck
- Charts and infographics
- Editable PowerPoint
Outcome
A deck the founders could send ahead of a meeting and still present from in the room. It is one of the few presentations I can show; most of that work is under NDA.
