The list is short because one person does the work. If a project needs something outside it, I will say so and point you at someone who does it better.
Structure and interface, worked out on real content before anything is styled. A background in cognitive informatics is the reason I start with how people read and decide, not with a moodboard.
Designed and built by the same person, so nothing is lost in a handoff. Built on no-code and low-code tooling, which is what makes a short timeline realistic rather than optimistic.
Five years and 500+ decks for corporate and consulting clients. The argument gets fixed before the slides do, because a beautiful bad argument still loses the room.

How it runs
The process, in four stepsTheprocess,infoursteps
Four steps, every project, no exceptions. The order is the point — each one is cheap to change and expensive to skip.
01
Scope
A call, a written brief, and a fixed price for the work as described. If I cannot explain what you are buying in a paragraph, the scope is not ready yet — so we keep talking until it is.
02
Shape
Structure and message before pixels. You see the argument as plain text and approve it before anything is designed, because that is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind.
03
Build
Design and build run together in short passes, in the browser, on real content. You get a link early and watch it fill in rather than waiting for a reveal.
04
Hand over
You get the files, the access, and a walkthrough recording. Two weeks of fixes are included, and I answer email long after that.
Step 01 — Scope
Working together
You are hiring a person, not a pipeline.
There is no account manager between us and nobody else quietly doing the work once the contract is signed. You talk to the person moving the pixels, which is why most questions get answered the same day.
Scope and price are agreed up front for the work as described, so the number does not move unless the work does. Every project is quoted on its own — there is no rate card, because a landing page and a full product interface have nothing in common.
