Four steps, every project, no exceptions. The order is the point — each one is cheap to change and expensive to skip.
A call, a written brief, and a fixed price for the work as described. If I cannot explain what you are buying in a paragraph, the scope is not ready yet — so we keep talking until it is.
Structure and message before pixels. You see the argument as plain text and approve it before anything is designed, because that is the cheapest possible moment to change your mind.
Design and build run together in short passes, in the browser, on real content. You get a link early and watch it fill in rather than waiting for a reveal.
You get the files, the access, and a walkthrough recording. Two weeks of fixes are included, and I answer email long after that.
Pricing
Small sites start small. Bigger work, from a full rebrand to a product interface, is quoted on its own once the scope is clear.

A focused site designed and built for you, from structure and copy direction to launch.

One plan, everything included. I look after the site so you don't have to: it stays online and up to date, and your changes just get done.
Working together
There is no account manager between us and nobody else quietly doing the work once the contract is signed. You talk to the person moving the pixels, which is why most questions get answered the same day.
Websites start from €500, with an optional care plan at €25 a month. Anything larger is quoted on its own and agreed up front, so the number does not move unless the work does.
